From MVP to product: the first 90 days

The first version should explain which problem the product solves, not what the product is. That's why we keep the MVP as narrow as possible.

The first 30 days: the smallest working version

The goal is for a real user to complete a real task from start to finish. What matters is that it works, not that it looks good.

Early user feedback is the most valuable input to the roadmap. This is where assumptions get tested.

Days 60–90: hardening

This is when infrastructure, scalability and topics such as payments come into play. A solid foundation laid early makes later growth easier.
